MGT Control Panel dashboard offers information about the cloud. It includes the hostname, IP address, disk, current load, instance ID, and instance type.
The monitoring section shows CPU utilization, memory consumption,
and disk usage metrics.
Easy-to-Use Interface
MGT Control Panel removes the complexities of cloud hosting, making it easier and faster. The user interface has a clean look for a smooth user experience.
Built for AWS Cloud
Get AWS-specific functions like automated instance upgrades. Use the Scaling Events from the MGT web panel to plan the estimated peaks of server usage.
Globally Available
MGT Control Panel is available worldwide, as AWS customers are spread across the globe. The interface is available in English and German.
Domain Management
Manage the domain’s DNS settings in one central place. Configure domain settings such as creating domains, subdomains, and aliases. Check NGINX and PHP log files and add SSL certificates with one click.
Domain Listing
The domain overview section displays all created domains and aliases. Create new domains, subdomains, and aliases with a click on the “Add New” button.
NGINX Vhost Editor
On the details page of each domain, there’s a tab for the NGINX Vhost editor. With the vhost editor, we make redirects, rewrites, or changes without logging into the server.
The MGT cloud control panel checks the changes before applying them. In case of an error, it rolls back to the old version.
Log File Viewer
The Log Files section provides an easy way to check NGINX and PHP log files. It’s quick to check for error messages without logging in to the web server using SSH.
The log files are rotated daily with a retention period of seven days. Use the drop-down menu to view older log files.
SSL Certificate
The cloud management tool enables us to install the SSL certificate in no time. Enter the SSL Certificate, the intermediate certificate, and the private key.
The SSL Certificate and intermediate chain are validated to ensure the SSL Certificate is working properly.
Database Management
MGT Control Panel shows database information and allows you to create database users and check recent backups. Add and manage MySQL databases with phpMyAdmin. Get direct access to phpMyAdmin from the web host manager.
Database Listing
The Database overview section shows all the databases and details on the database users and recent backups.
Create and delete a database with a few clicks. Assign new users to specific databases.
phpMyAdmin
Each database is managed with the popular tool phpMyAdmin. It is recommended as the best tool to handle the administration of MySQL. Get redirected from MGT Control Panel to phpMyAdmin with one click.
User Management
Add SSH/FTP users for secure remote login from one computer to another. Assign specific home directories and key authentication.
FTP Users
The FTP User listing page displays all created FTP users with their home directories. Add new FTP users and select the directory the user will be taken to when connected to the FTP account.
SSH Users
In the User Management section, another listing page shows the SSH users. Add new SSH users in the same way to access the SSH account.
Cron Job Management
Cron Jobs has scheduled commands that run at a specific time. Create Cron Jobs by using templates. Run a script every minute, every five minutes, and more.
Cron Jobs
A cron job is easily added with the help of our templates. Select the schedule and how often a cron job is executed.
DNS Management
Create and manage hosted DNS zones using Amazon Route 53. Manage DNS records from the interface.
Hosted Zones
In the DNS section, create hosted DNS zones. The hosted zones are created using Amazon Route 53. It is a highly available and scalable cloud Domain Name System (DNS).
DNS Records
In the detailed view of the hosted zones, manage all of the A, AAAA, CNAME, TXT, and MX records.
Scaling
Create Scaling Events to scale the instance type on demand. The scaling events allow consistent performance and capacity during peak traffic.
Scheduled Scaling
Scheduled scaling allows us to scale up and down on demand. Create scaling events where we define the instance type, date, and time for changing the instance type.
It is useful during peak seasons or big marketing campaigns. In case the Magento application running requires more hardware resources than usual.
System Management
Perform instance actions such as temporary scaling of instances. System Management allows us to start, stop, and restart individual services quickly.
Instance Actions
Change the instance type with a single click. Scale up the instance as high as 32 cores or scale down when the demand is low.
The Instance section allows extra power for a short amount of time. For example, increase capacity for a newsletter or a social media campaign.
Services
The Services function monitors all the installed and configured services like NGINX, PHP-FPM, MYSQL, Memcached, and Redis servers. Each service is started, stopped, or restarted with a single click.
